Inspection, maintenance, repair and design — delivered against BS EN 12572, by an IRATA Level 3 technician who reaches every part of the structure up close. One practice for the whole life of the wall.
The core of what we do. Every wall is assessed against the same three-tier framework — routine visual, operational, and main (annual) — with every finding categorised 1–5 against a fixed action timescale and referenced to the clause it's assessed against. You get a report whose conclusions follow from what was found.
Keeping a wall serviceable between inspections — the routine care that stops small issues becoming reportable defects. Scheduled or responsive, and documented so the record stands up at the next examination.
Putting right what inspection finds — from resin and surface damage to structural connections and anchor replacement. Work is carried out to the manufacturer's requirements and the relevant standard, and documented so remediation can be closed out and verified.

How an inspection works
Commissioning an examination for the first time? It's straightforward. Three stages, one visit, one clear report.
Stage 01
Tell us the wall, the site and when it's due. We confirm scope — inspection, PPE, any known issues — and arrange a date that works around your timetable.
Stage 02
We inspect the structure up close using rope access — protection points, surface, holds, substructure and PPE — assessing every finding against the standard, on the day.
Stage 03
You receive a report with every finding categorised 1–5 and referenced to its clause, so you know exactly what needs doing, by when, and what can simply be monitored. Each report is produced from a structured inspection record, so findings stay consistent and traceable from one visit to the next.
